Sayitova Umida Hikmatillo qizi is a PhD in Psychological Sciences and Acting Associate Professor at the Department of Psychology, Alfraganus University. She graduated from the National University of Uzbekistan with a Master’s degree in Psychology in 2021 and completed her doctoral studies in Social Psychology. She has professional experience as a university lecturer, school psychologist, and researcher. Her academic interests include social psychology, virtual communication, distance education, psychological services, and personality development. She is the author of several scientific articles published in national and international journals. She actively participates in scientific conferences and academic projects.
